Compro Computers offers on-site services to commercial clients and can usually have someone dispatched within 24 hours. Many times it can be same day depending on current work loads and the time of day we are contacted.
On-site Support Services include:
Server and workstation setup
Wireless (WAN) networking
Computer troubleshooting and repair
Computer virus / spyware removal
Clients who are on a monthly service agreement and have a high speed internet connect can be assisted immediately through Remote Support. Through a secure connection, remote support allows a technician to gain access to the client’s computer and resolve issues while the client watches. Once the repairs are complete, the client can end the support session and the technician will no longer have access to their computer.
